Dr. Cheryl Hood is a retired U.S. Army Contracting Officer and digital entrepreneur specializing in structure, strategy, and execution. She does not operate from theory. She builds systems designed to produce measurable results.

With over two decades of experience in federal contracting, Dr. Hood managed complex acquisitions, negotiated high-value agreements, and operated in environments where precision, accountability, and performance were non-negotiable. That same disciplined approach now drives the foundation of AIconicTech.

She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Systems Information, a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems, and a Doctorate in Management Information Systems. Her academic background, combined with real-world leadership experience, allows her to approach digital marketing with both technical depth and strategic clarity.
